The The The ViServe is not a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. We are a self-help document preparation service. Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
3. Description of Services
The ViServe provides self-help immigration document preparation services, immigration tools, resources, and educational content. We help users prepare immigration forms based on information provided by the user. We do not verify the accuracy of information you provide.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide; (b) reviewing all documents before filing; (c) meeting all USCIS deadlines; (d) paying all required government filing fees directly to USCIS.
5. Limitation of Liability
ViServe shall not be liable for any denial, delay, or adverse outcome in your immigration case. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for changes in immigration law or USCIS policy.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided as outlined in our Refund Policy. In general, if USCIS denies your application due to an error in our preparation, we will refund our service fee.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
